Automate-IQ is an AI automation and SaaS studio run by Mst. Awalunnisa, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact us through the contact page or WhatsApp for any privacy question.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive: full name, business email, company name, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, your project description and your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation
- To keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up
- To prepare a first, personalised reply. An AI model drafts this email from your message.
We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services that process your data
- Hostinger — hosts this website and receives the form submission
- n8n Cloud — runs the workflow that handles your inquiry
- Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) — sends email replies and stores the inquiry record
- Groq — runs the AI model that drafts the first reply from your message
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us there
Protection and retention
Form submissions are checked for spam and sent over encrypted connections. Our server logs record technical events only, not your message. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
